RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At FETCHCRATE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are missing tags will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at support@fetchcrate.site with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as FETCHCRATE is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@fetchcrate.site with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: intimates, swimwear, jewelry, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest processing time for you.
